Our content: The AnimGifMoji name, logo, website design, blog articles, and tool interface are owned by us and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or redistribute our content without permission.

Third-party content:GIF search results are provided by Tenor (Google). These images are owned by their respective creators and are subject to Tenor's terms. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any image you convert.

4. User Accounts

Some features require signing in with Google or GitHub. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. No Warranty

AnimGifMoji is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• Converted images will meet specific quality or size requirements on every platform.
• The Tenor GIF search API will always be available.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnimGifMoji and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or inability to use the tool.
